The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). We also provide a designated inspection checkpoint at the warehouse that we highly encourage you to utilize when picking up your items. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. Merchandise not picked up during the removal timeframe will be subject to storage fees. If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to schedule the next available time on your cell phone which could be 2-3 hours, so please schedule online before arrival and stick to your time slot. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items will you will be charged a $15 reschedule fee. It is your responsibility as the buyer if you have not received a paid invoice via email within 24 hours of submitting payment to contact Equip-Bid to verify receipt of payment in order to avoid being charged a late fee. No late fees will be removed from invoice once they have been added. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your credit card on file to be charged for the total amount plus a $25.00 late payment fee. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page within 1 business day (M-F) of the auction’s close. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. ![]() Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Exact change is required on cash payments. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. However, invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. This affiliate accepts only card payments on file, no cash. Payment onsite is accepted at this location. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction.
